Got this as a gift for Christmas. I hadn't used an apple product for years. It took a few days to get comfortable with it but now I no longer use my windows laptop to get on to the internet.

fast, not heavy and great display quality. did not like the new ios though.

I got it during thanks giving time and every thing looks great on ipad air.

IT HAS WORKED GREAT, AND I LOVE USING IT TO WATCH THINGS AND CHECK EMAIL

I bought my wife an iPad air online for in store pick up. It worked great until the first charge. It would not turn on in the morning! I literally tried everything to wake it up. Nope. Talked to 3 different Apple tech guys over phone and through chat. Nothing worked. So they suggested I take it in. It was a Sunday, so I made an appointment for Tuesday in the Apple Store. When I got to the Apple Store, the guy booted it right up! Embarrassing right? Yes. However this is not the end. A week later, my wife charged it over night again. Lo and behold, it didn't wake up the next morning. This time it was for good, because once again a couple days later I went to the Apple Store. They could not wake it up either. I knew I wasn't crazy! It was a rare software issue I guess. I love the iPad air and I did not give it three stars for the product, more for the experience and frustration. I got it replaced for free and now it works great. I won't be buying an iPad ever again from best buy, even though I'm sure it wasn't their fault.

refurb piece. salesperson was helpful. claimed it was good as new.

I bought the second generation IPad when it first came out for my wife and she loved it. I figured it was time to upgrade. Apple puts out great products and this IPad is no exception!

I love that there is an app for everything. Very light and easy to use.

Compact, and have access to emails and all information. Can also take pictures and send to friends and family. Can watch movies and listen to music while sending messages or doing reports.

I purchased the iPad air about a week after it was released. I needed a better format for my digital book app for some of my college courses that my Kindle Fire just was not able to offer.

Its a great tool for working and studing. watching movies take pictures.

Got rwo of these for my nieces. Great price for an apple air product.

I use the IPad air to read newspapers that I otherwise would have to have delivered or go out and buy. It is great. I can get hometown news when I'm away. Also great for watching sports.

The Air is the third I Pad I have had. Every one I get is easier than the last. The picture and screen quality is beyond excellent. It is quick and powerful! You will not be disappointed!
