Always happy with new Apple devices. Everything is great about the iPAD. This one is thiner that previous ones however I don't see any other big differences from the previous generation.

It was ordered online and sent to my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas. It arrived promptly and works well as an upgrade to their original ipad which we bought them 4 years ago.

The ipad does everything I hoped and more. If I had a complaint, it would be trouble uploading to blogspot, but I was warned blogger app was poor and barely compatible with an ipad.

Found it to be a little complicated to set up and use. Maybe it is because I'm used to pc products

I was expecting so much more from the iPad Air, and haven't been very impressed. I have had the 1st and 4th generation of the iPad's and thought this one was supposed to be so much faster. The charging time is still terrible. It can take 6 hours or more to get to 100% depending on how much battery time was left. Kids really like it, so I guess that makes it a positive.

This iPad is for my 4th grade class. We use it for various types of activities and the students love it! They pick up on new tech so quickly! Would love to have one for each student.

Connection is fast compared with android, music on Spotify Pandora or Google music is perfect, lds programs are made for it no bugs.

It is easy to carry in purse. Awesome tablet. A bit pricy but worth it.

East to use. Great for adults or children. Would recommend for anyone.

This is my first iPad, so it all seems fantastic to me. My son-in-law suggested the Air for it's retina display. I like to read online books, and the iPad Air makes it easy on my eyes.

I was undecided weather I wanted to invest that much money on an iPad, but I'm very glad I did. It is so useful and such great quality.

Since my first iPad, and now the iPad Air, I find myself using this rather than my home computer. It's fast, portable, and easy to use.

It is the best tablet that I ever had. I previously owned an android tablet before. Compare this iPad Air with the previous android tablet. iPad Air by far is the best tablet ever.

I had to call the Geek squad too often, so I would just not use my Ipad. Safari could not start because server would stop responding. I had to spend too much time with the Geek squad, so I gave up. Now I was told to take it into the store. Also I was told I would have a program to stop spam. Once I marked an item spam, I should not get that email again.

I bought it for my sister-in-law and she loves it. She has been watching a lot of soap operas and also enjoys all the apps that she has installed. Very satisfied with the product.

Paid open box which was price for new....only reason for four star

The iPad air is awesome, it's light and just a bit smaller than the original iPad. I would definitely recommend this version. I bought it for my father for Xmas and he loves it!

2nd ipad and the operating system coupled w/ the processor make this much better than the 1st generation. Actually paid less for this than the first one purchased 3.5 years ago.

Should have bought it earlier. Price was good. Best buy matched price

My wife uses this Ipad. She has not had much experience with computers and loves her Ipad. She gets enough positive feedback is exploring the possibilities to keep learning more.
