The Apple iPad Air is great. It is fast and light. Great display also.

My mom wanted to surprise my dad for his 81st birthday with a tablet. He has a Mac desktop so we decided to go with an iPad. He loves it!! After a short tutorial from me, he has been able to watch his movies, play games and check his email without much trouble. It was a great idea from mom.

I love my new iPad. The screen is very clear and I can do all of the things that I usually do on my iPhone. I highly recommend it especially because you have access to the app store and tons of other resources. I was able to get it during a 4 hour sale that Best Buy was having so I got $100 off. That truly sweetened the deal for me. I'm an Apple customer for life.

I have only had my iPad a short time,but I love it. It is so easy to use. My old tablet was hard to use. The iPad I so fast. It only take a second to up load pictures and apps. My pictures look great on my iPad. Overall I think this it is great.

I am just loving this iPad. it is a great way to access the Internet, check email, play games, watch movies. And it's much smaller and lighter than a laptop. I find it very easy to use - just like the iPhone so there was really no learning curve. So far I am very happy with it. I am able to save work files (mostly PDFs but also Word and Excel files) to Dropbox then access them from my iPad. I added a couple of note taking apps and I no longer need to print out a bunch of documents - I read them and mark them up right on my iPad. They are all in one location and take up little space. I can highlight, draw, write notes, etc. It's really functional.

This was a gift for my mother in law. She had such a hard time sitting in her computer chair. We purchased her this tablet so she can use it in her comfortable chair. She loves it! She didn't grow up with/on computers. She keeps discovering something new each day. She does use a stylus pen, because it makes it easier for her. Highly recommend this tablet.

The Ipad Air is quite a bit lighter than the Ipad. Also, the camera takes better pictures than the Ipad.

Perfect for first time users that just want to surf the net and use FaceTime etc. I would have gotten one with more GB if Grandma was going to use it for taking a lot of videos and or photos. iPads are very easy to navigate through and operate. She really loves it!! She said, "I'm really glad you bought it for me. I didn't know what I was missing."
