I have been a windows user for years. I have just switched to Apple about 2 years ago and would never dream to go back. Sure I think Microsoft may give more options and greater detail for customization, but if you want a product that never fails get Apple. I use my iPad for various things, mostly personal use like Internet and email. But it has any app I need for functionality.

I've own every model starting with the second generation of iPad. Most have been WiFi only, but their has been a few with the cellular antenna. All my iPads have been brought from Bestbuy. This by far in my opinion is the best iPad to date. The light weight alone to me is with the update from any of the previous models. I just use my iPad for personal use. I'm not a gamer at all. So if you are like me with your use of the iPad then you really won't see any difference between the new A7 chip inside the air, and the A6 chip of the 4th generation. The screen display is top notch, clear and just a pleasure to use. You can't go wrong with the IPadAir unless you buy it from some where else that is. Remember you get what you pay for. The only problem I have with the iPads and wish Apple would change is If there was a expendable memory SD card then by far the best tablet on the market.

In August 2014, I bought a similarly equipped iPad. This new one is better - lighter, smaller, same screen size and better resolution with "Retina" display. Also while stereo speakers all still missing (I usually use earphones anyways, the speakers in the base appear larger. Finally, the battery life seems improved. Great product! (Oh - the other iPad is chugging away)

Didn't need the air 2 this one works great. Fast and sleek. Apple rocks.

I can now use facetime to keep in touch with my family. It is so easy to use!

I upgrade from my iPad 3 because I bought the Air for a relative and loved it. The weight difference was substantial so I decided to buy one for myself. The Air is faster with many of the programs that I run. It was definately worth the cost of the upgrade.

I bought this for my grandparents. Classic Apple simplicity makes it very suitable for this purpose, especially being the same as iphone interface. Minimal memory requirements for their light usage so this was ideal fit. No complaints at all.

Was easy to set up and my dad enjoys it everyday! Best investment ever.

Upgraded from Ipad 2. Aside from the weight, there are significant improvements its the features and functions. Very noticeable difference in response times for applications and the new Retina display is outstanding. Overall very pleased with this product.

I would recommend this tablet to anyone who has never used a tablet before.

I am very happy with my iPad Air. It is a lot faster than my older version.

I got this iPad for my wife, one thing we use often is FaceTime, and the picture quality is much better than when we use our iPhones. It's also great because when I use the apps I can actually see what I'm doing. Overall I think its a great Apple product.
