I have the iPad 2 and purchased this as a gift. It's much light and thinner. Also has a better camera. Would recommend but you still need a laptop or desktop to write documents.

Everyone should have one. So easy to use. Great size. Fun. Great to watch netflix on. I love it!!! I wonder why it took me so long to get one. Syncs well with all my other apple products

I can't keep my husband off of the iPad! It is so portable - much more so than a laptop. And he does like to take pictures and movies with it. Wish we would have gotten one sooner!!

Easy to use and easy to read. Use it more than my phone. Great camera. I received it as a gift, but if I had known how easy it was to use, I would have purchased it for myself.

Getting my mother-in-law acquainted with technology so that she can communicate with her grandchildren. This was a good choice because most of the kids have IPhones, so grandma can FaceTime, text and email them using her tablet. She also is able to watch TV in every room using this device.

Very easy to use and love that it's compatible with my other Apple products! Light weight and long battery life! Haven't figured out how to sync my iTunes yet or the whole iCloud thing but working on it! You can even text other iPhone users from it without having a phone subscription! You do need to be able to connect to other wi-fi spots to use in public places without the subscription (something you don't have to worry about with the phone!)

My first tablet was a Kindle Fire when it came time to update I decided to try an Apple product. I like how user friendly it is. Takes awesome pictures. Glad I chose the I PAD Air!

The Apple products always work seemless, and the iPad is no different. The startup is fast, battery life is long and it easy to use for all ages. Pay little more and get an iPad.

Bought this as an upgrade for a 3.5 year old ipad 2. Fits the bill perfectly: lighter, smaller, faster, and better screen. With the release of the ipad air 2, the price of the original air dropped, plus I traded my ipad 2 in at best buy to upgrade, so total cost was was pretty reasonable. The ipad air 2 is obviously nicer with upgraded features over the original air, but this one is more than enough to serve all of my tablet needs.

I purchased to demonstrate a new disruptive a technology within the oil and gas industry. My prospects have all been impressed with the performance of the software and the ability to render on a tablet. The iPad was extremely easy to use off the shelf. I have not needed to make any modifications or adjustments to achieve the desired performance. This actually makes it easier to be a road warrior, and is much lighter than my laptop.

Having a great time learning new things to do on IPad. Downloadable tutorial has more infomation than I can use. Great resource. IPad is light and easy to view and carry.

The size is just enough larger than the mini to make the use much more effective in business. Basically the same as the mini, just larger. Much easier to snd and receive emails.

I'm retired. I have a desk top pc, but I wanted something more portable to multi-task with when I'm watching tv or to take w/me out onto my decks, etc., to use when the weather is nice and I didn't want tied inside. I had a notebook pc, but found it too cumbersome, so I sold it to buy my iPad Air. I absolutely LOVE my iPad Air. It's fast, light, and totally portable and easy to use. My only regret is not having bought one much sooner!

This is the king of tablets. Perfect for reading or viewing things on a bigger screen. Apple does their products well and you shouldn't expect this to be any different. 16 gb is generally plenty for me when it comes to tablets because you're probably not going to take many pictures and videos with your iPad which are generally the memory hogs. I prefer the white color because it goes very well with different case colors.

The IPad Air is a great product. Upgraded from an iPad mini 2 to this one. I love the size of the screen and the clarity! It's also fast! Highly recommend getting one!

Bought as a Christmas gift for my mom. Very easy to navigate, works great! She's still learning to use it, but is enjoying figuring it out! Great product, great price!

It was easy to set up and use. It has a great battery life. I use it to mix sound with a Yamaha CL3 mixer at church, and it does a great job. No signal loss and last over 2 hrs.

It's an iPad and it's everything advertised, it's about half the size/weight of my old iPad 2, and my wife loves it. Didnt really need the iPad Air 2, and this works great.

The first thing I noticed upon picking up the iPad Air is just how light it is. I have always liked the previous generations of the iPad but really felt it was to heavy. I know that sounds crazy but when you are holding an electronic device for long periods of time, that is something to think about. I really liked the 1st generation iPad mini because of the form factor and weight. The iPad Air is really just a larger screened iPad mini as far as the form factor goes. The retina display is truly candy for the eyes when viewing videos, checking emails, or surfing the net. I previously owned a Google Nexus 10 and one of the main things that the iPad Air has over it is the incredible battery life. I have been getting multiple days use on a single charge. Another advantage is the App Store. There are so many more apps designed for the iPad than there were for the Nexus 10. Don't get me wrong, I really like the Android operating system and I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S4. I really like the widgets on my phone but I really don't miss not having them on my iPad Air. In conclusion, the iPad Air is a great tablet that is easy to use and I just can't say enough about the battery life!

The IPad Air is so thin and light. The picture is great. It is so fast. I also love the camera.
