I had my old IPAD for about 5 years. Due to the amount of info I have on it, it was running slow - this did the trick.

I have been wanting a I pad for a while and decided to go with the I pad air. So far I am very happy with my decision. I can pick it up and check on my email and face book whenever I am ready. There is just so much still to learn on what I can do with the I pad air.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the product....just the buying experience. I received an email to buy this ipad for a very special price. The price in the email and the price I was charged were 2 different totals. I took it back....no questions from your clerk as to why? I was returning it. I'm disappointed and will certainly consider other retailers for my next purchase. Not along ago, I was a loyal customer. Too many times I've been puzzled at how Best Buy has handled my purchases. Nothing over the top bad, just not what I've become accustomed to. Let me give you an example...I have had a credit on my Best Buy Card of $100 for some time now....still haven't used it. My advice is to focus more on the customer.....remember THEY are the ones that make your jobs possible.

The ipad air I received was super! not a blemish on it! I was so surprised to see that it looked like it was brand new.

Great solution which seems better than the iiPad3. Charges much faster than iiPad 3.

Purchased several products online from Best Buy over the years and they have been awesome in terms of service and price.

I purchased the iPad Air to upgrade from the iPad 2 and I wasn't disappointed, lighter and thinner than the previous models makes it so much easier to hold and carry around, another great Apple product. The price was also very attractive I purchased mine with a $75.00 discount from Best Buy so overall I am thrilled with my purchase.

Got this for the abundance and variety of apps and games. Although not the newest Apple iPad, perfect for my needs.

This apple iPad is a quality product. If you want a tablet thats going to last and is nice, this is the one for you.

Really like this iPad. Light & quick. the only thing I have against it is, it occasionally slows down and freezes, I have to shut it off and then re-boot it to get it back working at full speed again. Wish it had an expandable port. Other than that it's really good.

Son is enjoying his first iPad and once school starts it will be a great tool!

I love my new iPad Air. This is my 1st tablet and it makes life so much easier. I use it for just about everything, work, kids, entertainment, planning, scheduling. A month in, and I am wondering how I ever managed without it. I am a Apple guy so there really was no othe options for me. I am extreemly happy with this product so far.

I needed something to easily carry back and forth to school and this was the perfect solution. I can access all my data between my laptop and phone thanks to iCloud and it makes reading my etextbooks a breeze. I ordered through best buy online and picked up in my local store the same day. Best Buy made everything extremely simple.

Although this is last year's model it rocks! I traded in my iPad 2 and got a great deal on the Space Gray 32GB model. Then a few days after my purchase a competitor had a better price...and Best Buy matched it retroactively. I never used to be a Best Buy fan...but you truly can't be their price-point and shopping experience.

I bought iPad for my nephew on his 11th birthday! He just loved it and it's totally valuable product for young learners

iPad is great for taking to college! I can look at my lecture slides and still take notes without the bulk of a laptop.
