The Apple iPad Air is light, thin, and convenient to carry around.

I saw no need for an ipad so have never bought one. My kids are getting older so I decided to get one for the family. It worked great for movies on our car trips. It's a nice device to have handy at the couch as an end table topper. Easy to grab quick to look something up and my wife uses it in the kitchen. Still not a need, but has be a nice thing to have.

I have had the iPad Mini since Apple first released them, and this Air is a great upgrade. No problems to date and exceeds my needs... I purchased it on a flash sale for a fabulous price as well. One note: I have had to adjust to the larger size...quite a difference. My eyes appreciate the larger size, but the Air is much more cumbersome than the Mini.

I upgraded from the ipad 3 and this ipad is lighter weight and the processing speed is faster. This seems to be the best tablet on the market today, although it is pretty expensive.

It's a good tablet over all just if you have it on for a couple of days without turning it off it lags and doesn't connect to wifi well specially YouTube but once you shut it down and turn it back on it works well again the battery life on it is very good I havent been able to completely run out of it so it's nice but over all it has great apps and good quality graphics although I wish the camera had flash which doesn't so lighting could affect your pics

I love all apple products, and this is the third iPad I've owned and by far the best and my favorite! The new design is great, thinner, faster and lighter. I was torn on getting the new mini or iPad Air, and after seeing how much smaller the icons, keyboard and text were on the mini I went with the new air. While the mini is easy to throw in a purse, I thought it was too much like my iPhone and for the $100 difference I'd rather have the bigger screen. It's apple, so you pay more, but I've never had a problem with any of my other devices and we're still using the original iPad in my household, so in my book you get what you pay for.
