It's fun to use and small and mobile holds quite a bit information and can be carried anywhere. I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone that on the run.

If you like to take your iPad around with you a lot, the light weight yet with strong construction makes the iPad Air a great choice. This fastest, lightest, most brilliant display yet iPad is the best tablet I've ever used. The built-in camera takes remarkably clear photos and makes it so easy to work with them. Sound quality is also really high. This device is like a very smart little friend!

This is my 2nd iPad, and it drastically out performs my first. Battery life is great, 8+ hours, speed is super fast, and the screen resolution is crystal.

I had to replace my iPad 2 which died finally, the logic board died. I love this new iPad. It's faster, lighter, and just a big step up. Love it.

I was given a 1st gen iPad years ago, the home button finally started to wear out (everyone in the house used it). Family gave me an iPad Air for Christmas. It is much lighter than my old iPad, I stopped taking that one on business trips due to weight in my bag (that and the kids always wanted to use it). Apple gives you all the productivity tools for free (spreadsheet, presentation, photo manager, etc.) along with iMovie and GarageBand. Since I had a 1st gen iPad, it didn't have cameras, so nice to face time with the family while I was away. If you are getting older like me and reading is a bit tougher, the larger iPad Air is nice, otherwise I would have gotten the iPad mini, but they weigh about the same, so easier for me to manage with the larger screen.

I replaced my Ipad with this one, and found things transferred over fairly easy. It is lighter, but woks basically the same as my previous Ipad.

This was an upgrade from the IPad 2 and I couldn't be happier. The size is way better and the increased speed of the IPad's functionality is great.

This is our second iPad. They have come a long way from the first generation. Better picture and faster response. Good battery life and Wi-fi connection.

I wanted to upgrade my iPad 2. My 2 still works great, but the pictures is a lot better on the iPad Air. It is also faster than the iPad 2. The battery life is longer. Other than theses things, it's the same as my older iPad. Compared to other tablets, they are far superior. Some tablets we've purchased seem to be disposable. The iPads are definitely and investment, but worth it.

Fast, responsive, and easy to use. Blows my iPad 2 out of the water. Didn't wait for the newest air 2 and glad I saved the money this is plenty

Bought a windows tablet 4 wife last year which resulted into nothing but frustration for a year. She got the Ipad and not 1 frustration yet. Being a windows guy I am thoroughly impressed with the ipad for functionality and ease of use. If "Happy wife = Happy life" is a true statement than 2015 is going to be an awesome year! My wife is doing things with her Ipad I never imagined her doing. She isn't technologically inept but slightly challenged. So seeing her enjoy the ipad is a lot of fun! So glad I bought it for her. I may get one for myself one day.

I researched alot before purchasing this particular one. The screen size is perfect and love how it's lightweight compared to the regular iPad

I had an old ipad touch but it was getting hard to see. The ipad air was larger and faster then my old ipad touch and now I get use the newer apps

Finally upgraded from 1st generation IPad & I love it! It is so much lighter and a better screen quality. I had no idea what I was missing out on.

Even without iOS 8 it is still a great iPad. It is fast and the camera and FaceTime capabilities are a nice upgrade from my first generation ipad.

It's almost as light as my ipad mini, with a much bigger screen. My mom said she can see everything much more clearly. This is perfect for my mom. Very easy to use. I helped her get all the apps she wanted, and now she can not let go of the ipad. She carries it in her bag everywhere with her.

I recently purchased IPAD air and I love it! Easy to use... Acts like a mini computer to go. I carry it in my bag and it's very light weight.
