    I had a iPad 4th generation and this was really thinner and smaller, although keeping the same screen size. IOS 8 was also a great improvement and I really liked the new features. Besides, I needed the 32MB memory to keep my photos.

    Easy to setup with many great apps. I had both the iPad mini and iPad Air the mini is slower than the air. Great apps are spotify and pages

    It was setup in just a few clicks and minutes. The display is clear for graphics and characters. Like the lightness over the iPAD 2. Don't like the case or cover due to limitations in using them as a stand. Positions are not comfortable.

    I ordered the iPad Air online and received it in good shape in a very timely manner. A lot easier than going to the physical store which didn't even have a demo on display. It replaces my original model iPad and I'm very pleased with it.

    We're beginners and not very tech savvy. We love the product and we have teenagers that can help us. The problem is that they want it too. So far it's been easy to use and we love the portability and being able to take it into any room.
