I got one of these for each of my twins for Christmas and they haven't put them down since unwrapping them. FaceTime and gaming seem to be the most popular activity so far.

We upgraded from a retina iPad to the Air. The difference in speed is noticeable, but minimal. The decrease in weight is considerable. When I use the old iPad, I am a bit disappointed that it seem so heavy now.

This is my second iPad. Love love love it. I like how fast it is when looking information up. I like how easy it was to set up and the ease of being able to transfer the old info from the older iPad to this one.

I am a 76 year old power Microsoft laptop user who also uses a Chromebook( in the kitchen), my iTouch for quick reference to specific apps and a smart phone when on the road. The iPad is a great addition to my "toy" collection and my travel companion. I wish it would have USB capabilities and a much better camera/video. The flexibility it offers along with the solid state rapid access to information makes it a fun item to carry in my purse along with my phone. Its limitations in spreadsheet, file management and documentation are what keep me using my larger Pavilion laptop.

beautiful and fast. love to read newspapers on it but for my needd, very disappointing, very hard to print from this. thought it would be easy to print like the iPhone but its not.. I ended up buying an iPad air pad compatible printer so I can print eBay labels . some of the apps really suck, like the eBay app. you can't print from it.. the screenwriter final draft app does not allow you to pull up earlier versions.

It's the best iPad yet. Retina screen is beautiful, and it's the lightest full size iPad. Hold an iPad 2 or 3 for reference, and this will feel light as air (no pun intended). The iPad mini is also a very good alternative option depending what you're doing with the tablet. 10" form factor in the iPad Air is great for legibility of text, but the 8" form factor of the mini is a little easier to hold. It's all personal preference though. These are awesome tablets, and there are an insanely high number of iOS apps at your disposal. iOS7 is a bit of a departure from older versions of the OS, but you get used to it. It'll be tweaked over time, but this uses the new UI design aesthetic seen with a lot of newer OSs (e.g. Windows 8).

The iPad Air is far superior to the previous generation. The light smaller lighter weight from factor make this worth an upgrade. to top the cake off it has the new 64 bit processor. It's well worth the money.

I really enjoy my new Ipad while my old one was still working the new Ipad works a lot faster and I can manage my apps really well. I am very happy with it.

Love it at first I wasn't so sure how often I would use it but I actually use it all the time

I bought 2 of these. One for me and one for my wife. They work for what we do. Just Internet surf yet are easily mobile.

This iPad was purchased for a 75 year old who can't program her oven. She loves it and has not problems operating it.

Having just upgraded from the first generation IPad, I'm thrilled I waited to get the newest model, preloaded apps and speed of operation is off the charts.

The Ipad Air is the best tablet I have owned. I've tried the kindle fire, Samsung Galaxy etc. but none compare to the ease and apps of the original tablet.
