We bought this iPad Air for our kids to share. We have a 16GB iPad Air, but decided to go with the 32GB version for this second iPad since we continuously need to delete games on our 16GB version to free up memory. We went with the iPad Air (instead of iPad Air 2) since it was lower cost and our kids wouldn't even know there is better features out there.

Much faster. Better display. I would recommend if you plan to upgrade.

There is something so lovely about looking at a device and being able to say it's gorgeous even when it's not on :) This is the lightest iPad yet. The retina display is beautiful - pictures look great and watching videos is excellent. The new lightning wire is a small change but there's no longer the guessing game whether or not it's going to get plugged in with the 30 pin one. I use my iPad for reading e-books, checking emails, facebook, play music and movies. Facetime/skype are both extremely clear. Plus I love the fact that I can read an ebook without feeling like putting the ipad away because it's made my arms tired! This thing is so light compared to past ipads.

Easy for kids to use for homework and games. Great for long car rides.

Upgraded from an Ipad2. Had the Ipad1, which I still use mostly as a Reader using Kindle App. My wife had the Ipad2 and glass broke a year ago. Mother's day brought this purchase. I have thought long and hard about possibly moving away from Apple products, but they are so easy to use and sync.

This iPad Air is lightening fast and crystal clear, highly recommend.

I love this thing. It's small and compact and very light weight.

I saw no need for an ipad so have never bought one. My kids are getting older so I decided to get one for the family. It worked great for movies on our car trips. It's a nice device to have handy at the couch as an end table topper. Easy to grab quick to look something up and my wife uses it in the kitchen. Still not a need, but has be a nice thing to have.

This is my third iPad and the quality is always great. The air is smaller and lighter and the speed is better due to the faster processor. I've seen other tablets but none quite compare.

Nice screen size. Sufficient memory for my needs. Easy to navigate.

Can do everything a laptop can do only much faster and easier

I have had the iPad Mini since Apple first released them, and this Air is a great upgrade. No problems to date and exceeds my needs... I purchased it on a flash sale for a fabulous price as well. One note: I have had to adjust to the larger size...quite a difference. My eyes appreciate the larger size, but the Air is much more cumbersome than the Mini.
