    Best iPad yet

I have owned an iPad 2, 3, 4 and now the Air. Always been a huge fan of the iPad and mainly use it for internet, social media, Netflix, iBooks and games. My biggest complaint about the iPad has always been the weight, especially when reading books. Now it only weighs a pound and is smaller yet still has the same full size retina display. Yes some people hate it because it's Apple and because it's more expensive than other tablets, but you get what you pay for! A great product! Also now comes with several free apps, numbers, pages, iPhoto, iMovie, Garage Band... (have to download from App Store)

I love it, and the 32gb was perfect amount needed. I thought about getting the one I could put on my phone account but I just got the wifi one and very happy I did all I do is turn my phone into a hot spot and I have internet without the extra fees per month. If your looking for a great ipad this one I think is the best.

The king of tablets for good reason

The iPad air is probably the most comfortable tablet I've ever held this far. The shape of the rear casing conforms better to the hand, with less jutting into my palm compared to the older, more tapered iPads. The screen is beautiful and very responsive, and the App Store has at least ten of any type of app I could want. I like the addition of the free productivity suite (pages, numbers, keynote) as I can now do most of what I used to do on my PC. I've typed a few pages of my thesis on the virtual keyboard, and it is servicable, but not stellar for word processing. There are other tablets out there for half the price, but you definitely get what you pay for. In every aspect of daily use, it just works. Which is exactly what I need.

I bought this for my mom for mothers day. She is in her 70s and this is the perfect gift. Easy to use and you can't go wrong as the ipad is pretty dummy proof. She even bought a keyboard to use with it which is an excellent accessory for older people. I wasnt sure how it would go over but it was a great choice.

Great product and at a reduced price now that the next generation is available. I considered the newest generation, but found great value in the 32GB iPad Air for $400. Fast, reliable and being all of my other devices are Apple it was a perfect fit.

I owned the original iPad and used it for many years before upgrading. The upgraded features on the iPad Air are amazing. I own the wi-fi only version. Excellent battery life, responsive touch screen and amazing graphics. Highly recommended!

I have an iPhone 5 so iPad Air was easy except for the shield. I insisted that I could install it myself but I didn't realize it wasn't as easy as slapping a film on the iPhone. I wished I had paid to have it installed and saved myself the worry of doing it wrong. But the iPad is wonderful. I'm an Apple convert now.

    Good Tablet for Personal Use

If you are an iPhone user, this tablet is the perfect complement and extension. I got the Air (not the Air 2) with 32GB. It has been working flawlessly and supports MS Office with One Drive to allow you to share documents with your home computer (assuming it is a PC - if you have a MAC, then iCloud is all you need).

I LOVE THIS iPad!!! Truly a star. The clarity, the SPEED, and the ease of use is keeping me on this platform. I live in the country, have an iPhone 4S and am realizing just how much faster this iPad is vs. my iPhone. I am now anxiously awaiting the new iPhone 6 at which time I will likely be able to cancel my land line as the speed is faster and so very possibly the reception might be better as well. Regardless, as an 'over 50' consumer I have to tell you that the difference in speed and even reception is astounding! That's the 'smart' stuff; the cool thing is the visual. The color and pixels are truly amazing. Go to your Best Buy store and review both products on their 'side by side' module. You will truly be astounded!

We used to have the Ipad 2 until we upgraded to the Ipad Air 2 which is more powerful, lighter and a bit smaller. Everything is improved from the display, sound and charging unit. We loved it.

I had a first generation iPad prior to this purchase. I loved it. There was nothing wrong with it and it still had plenty of functionality. But, I've been waiting to upgrade and was able to trade in my old iPad at Best Buy and purchase the new iPad Air. I bought Wi-Fi only as I have my own mobile hotspot and am never somewhere without access to a connection. It has not been a disappointment. The retina screen is simply stunning. It is fast and so functional that I rarely take my laptop to court or meetings any more. I got a scanner app for it, which allows me to scan documents on the spot. I also purchased the Zaggkeys folio case to go with it, and have a fully functional keyboard to use at all times. I love my iPad Air.

I upgraded from the Ipad 3 to the Ipad air 2, it seems like it is a lot lighter than the previous model, the screen is much better than the ipad, clearer when in bright light. The response is faster.

I was not sure how much I would really use an iPad (or other tablet) so I had been hesitant to get one. After having it for about 6 weeks I can't imagine NOT having it! I absolutely love it. I use it for just about everything - email, internet, shopping, games, movies, etc. It is nice to have something in between the iPhone and the laptop. As an iPhone owner I was already familiar with Apple products so the iPad seemed to be the logical choice. After some basic comparison, I thought it seemed to be the best tablet on the market for all that it offers - screen quality, speed, functionality, itunes/app store, etc. Yes it is on the expensive side, but in my opinion worth the extra investment for a quality product!
