Bought my wife an Ipa-2 fours years ago and he relly liked it but it did not have much space and was starting to show its age. I got her this newer Ipad Air for Christmas, more space, faster, and she loves it.

As an owner of various iPhones and MacBook Pros, I sort of held off on the iPad because it did not call out my name:-) Thankfully, I waited and the new iPad Air came out. I was compelled to get one. It was very easy to setup and get running. It works flawlessly like my MacBook Pro but is so much lighter to carry around. Also, the battery life is far better than expected, which I know was the case with the prior iPad versions. Can't see any real reason to complain about the iPad Air unless you are an Apple hater:-)

i really enjoy having an iPad. I use it for reading, playing games, checking my emails and taking pictures. Recently, I took it on vacation with me and it took some great pictures. Learning new things on it everyday.

I had an older version iPad that I had for several years and it finally died. I replaced it and was so impressed with how easy it was to switch over all my apps and complete the setup. Apple never disappoints!

Light weight and durable haven't had any trouble with storage.

I purchased this iPad Air to replace the first gen iPad I got her 5 years ago. The Air is fast, light weight and easy to use. Only con is wish it had a larger screen.

I feel the pad is easy to use and very fast this is well worth the money spent and I would have purchased earlier if I had known the great superiority of performance to other so called tablets the best ever.

The family got together and purchased an IPad for our father who is 85. He loves the ease of portability and having pictures all in one place. Not to mention how connected we all feel through FaceTime. I recommend!

Great Ipad ever made by Apple. Light weight. Fast. And the display looks great. I like the portability and the looks of this Ipad.

I upgraded from a Third Generation iPad to the iPad Air. There is no doubt the upgrade is noticeable. The iPad Air is lighter, easier to hold and altogether has an improved look and feel. But I am not sure the improvements and enhancements justify upgrading from the third generation or newer except for those owners who lack the patience to wait for the next model or for those who are not worried about cost.

ipad air is light and running smoothly. previously owned a 2nd gen Ipad and this is a nice upgrade

Love it! User friendly, lightweight, very fast, solid build, good to know it is backed by good company warranty, and very secure!

Hard to beat getting this when I did, I am very happy with the choose of this Air over the Mini, while the mini is great product, I am much happier for the bigger screen to reduce my need to carry my laptop!.

Upgraded our iPad to the iPad Air and very happy with it. SO much faster. A bit pricey though.

We bought the Ipad Air as a gift and it did not disappoint! They loved it, the light sleek design and easy to use apps it has proved to be the perfect gift!

Definitely glad I have 32 gigs to work with. Touch screen is responsive. So many apps to choose. This is a great buy.

Coming from the Kindle tablet, the performance in processor and display is worth the steep cost difference for me. It is so easy to multi task now like listening to music while checking email and reading the latest news and using all the productive apps made for IPad . Graphic intensive games are not a problem if one needs an entertainment break. Features like airplay and airdrop make is easy to share files with other Apple devices. Got mine on sale so the price savings can be used to buy a case.

Bought it for my mom. I have an exactly same one. This 1st generation works just fine enough for me. No need to buy the newest 2nd generation for now. Maybe will upgrade to the 3rd generation Oct. next year.
