We bought this mainly for the wife to use but its been great to have with the kids on long family trips or even the shorts ones to grandmas house. Just buy one.

I replaced my iPad 2 with the iPad Air. I love how quickly the Air responds. It loads apps much faster and the Internet is faster. I also like its slimmer and lighter frame. You can really notice the difference. It also has two speakers instead of one. The retina screen is also much improved The only negative is the Air sounds different. When you touch the screen you hear a thump that to me sounds cheap. I got used to it and now love my Air.

Overall I would highly recommend this tablet for anyone, especially one who has other Apple devices, they are easy to link which allows users a wider availability of functions

I'm an avid reader and I love reading my books on this. It's so light weight and easy to carry around. The screen is easy to see. Plus it has most of the benefits of a lap top.

I am an apple product junkie. I have an iPad 2 that I love and use more than my laptop. I was spectacle about buying a new iPad because I didn't think the lighter weight or speed would matter. We needed more iPads for work so I decided to get the air instead of iPad 2 (despite the increased cost) with the hope it would last longer and keep speed with future updates. We love the air. Much lighter and quicker. Very pleased with my purchase.
