We choose this as a gift for someone whom was already familiar with an Apple desk top computer and needed a mobile device.

It works perfectly and is also very user friendly.

Great work item.. able to do spreadsheets and docs.

Bought this for my mother-in-law so it had to be easy to use. Apple succeeds in making devices that are super easy to use; very intuitive. I like how light it is. There is a lot of power in a fairly small package.

i love my iPad Air, this is my first Apple product and I couldn't be more pleased. I even switched my phone to an apple I like it so much everything syncs together and is flawless. Unlike others I won't mention names, but I was a long time user of the others until I succumbed to the beauty and simplicity that is Apple.

So fast and love it. My kids enjoy playing with it

Everything that I would want in a tablet, this tablet has. The camera is great, it's fast, and it is an apple product I have been looking forward to owning for a while. Glad I purchased it, am happy with it.

Not really much to say. It lives up to expectations. I am a pc and an Android person, so it takes a little bit of time to get used to the ios and all of its functionality.

I purchased the iPad Air in addition to an iPad 2 I have had for several years now. I used primarily for work and personal. I have a 7 & 2 year who have actually taken over the Ipad 2 and it has been a great asset as my 7 year old uses with educational apps as well as school. I also have my 72yr old mother who has probably never used a computer or tablet before learning on the IPAD . My 2 year old also uses it with educational apps as well and together we both spend time learning his alphabets, colors, numbers etc.. So I purchased the AIR for my personal and work purposes. My family and I have always been happy with the reliability and consistency of Mac and it's products. Wether your 2 or 72, this product us user friendly.

This is my first iPad so I can't compare it to others but it is very fast and easy to use I love that with iCloud all of my apps and info transferred over from my iPhone, all love that I can iMessage from it.

Kids these days seem to have technology flowing through their veins. Our grandson is fluent in both Apple and PC. He loves having his very own iPad and didn't even need to be shown how to use it. He easily figured out/remembered how to pair the iPad to a Samsung with a hot spot. He's 7 and was born to it.

I first of all ended up returning the item based upon overall unit size and need for a mini-sized pad due to using it during daily commute. I had initially felt that the wi-fi version alone would be sufficient but soon realized that for my daily commute (approx. 1 hour each direction, a 4G network device would be needed). Texting on the oversized keyboard I found cumbersome and needed a smaller format. I also had issues with the syncing of picture folders being placed in the correct folder regardless of whether I used Pictures or iPhoto. Overall, it mimics my MBPr very closely which is a very positive statement. I also realized that the 32GB size wouldn't be necessary due to the availability of AirStash which can allow for a much larger file transfer capability than the iPad alone, allowing for the lesser base memory, and thus less cash upfront. Ultimately, unit was exchanged for a iPad mini with Retina display and a 16GB memory base.

IPADs have been out quite awhile so nothing new really to review- it functions well and is what I expected- as with all apple products I think they are over priced.

I purchased solely because an app I needed was only available for iPad. Needless to say I gave the iPad a try for other things and I can't say anything negative about the tablet. The screen is very nice and the device is light. Lighter than my 8.4" Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro. Got a great deal thanks to pricematch.

Been using iPhone apps for years and decided to try the I Pad Air. Great screen size and definition. Makes using the apps so much more comfortable. Saves my eyes for sure. Pricey but I'm glad I got it.

This is now the 3rd one I've purchased for our family and business use. Setup and ease of use are the biggest pluses. Plenty of memory for everything needed. Most likely will buy the next version also.

I was a little leery about buying the open box iPad. I spoke to Best Buy representatives, who were little help. Then I call the Geek Squad (the item was Geek Squad Certified). Their representative was a wealth of information and after speaking with her, I decided to make the purchase. Open box purchases cost less than "new." They have the same warranty as new items at a discounted cost. I am glad I listened to her. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my iPad.

I own 4 Ipads. Love them all. This is just an addition to the family. The air is very very light. It actually felt a little too light until I put it in a proper case. Battery life is better, processing is better and so on and so on. I really don't know what Apple can do to improve on the IPad next, but I'm sure they will. Enjoy

Great pad for your picture and video library. Incredible speeds across all apps. Pictures have great clarity and there are lots of apps to impove and alter your library. Hours of fun to be had by all.
