There was an amazing sale on the iPad air and I decided to take advantage and I bought the 32 gb version to replace my 16g iPad. It is a lightweight compared to the last model but overall performance didn't seem to be that much of an improvement. I don't have hundreds or even dozens of applications but it seems to be just fractions of a second faster. The one thing that seems to be better is the battery life but that may be because of the age of my old iPad. So if you are looking for lighter it's got that but don't look for a very noticeable increase in performance.

I have been an Apple fan for many years and I always know that I can rely on Apple products to be good. As with any electronic device these days there can be problems but if you be sure to buy the Apple Care program then you can expect good service when needed for a couple years. I like the Apple platform and recommend this product

I have several iPads. At least one from each generations. The newer Air is unbelievably light and thin. Like a iPad mini... only full sized. This really raised the bar. Holding up and iPad was starting to get to be work... after the novelty of having so much power at your disposal wears off.

Much better than original ipad better processing and great for watching movies and tv shows.

I use the Ipad daily to check email and play games. It is very fast and responsive my touch.

Purchased for a Christmas gift performs perfectly. They use it for school work and research.

The new A7 processor in the iPad Air makes the difference in this model over the previous years. It makes all the apps and Safari operate much faster and there is no lag. Web pages load faster and apps come up much better than our old iPad2. It is also easier to hold now that it is lighter.

iPad Air is a beautiful piece of technology. It is very light in weight and thin in size. The image quality is breathtaking! The product is very pleasing to the eye from the inside out. As always, Apple products are easy to set up. Took about 20min to set up, personalize and sync to iTunes.

I purchased the IPad for my wife as a birthday gift and she loves it and so does our kids.

Just as with the iPhone 5, I waited until the iPad Air to purchase a tablet because I wanted a certain levels of performance in terms of IQ, speed, and battery life. I like that I can use iTunes to manage and sync both my iPhone and tablet, and do 1 stop shopping for apps on both devices.

The Apple Ipad Air is everything I expected it to be -- fast, terrific apps and super quality.
