It's really nice for "lean back" computing. I use it everyday for catching up on the news, quick responses to emails, etc. It doesn't replace a desktop or laptop which remain necessary when you need to create a significant amount of content but it's great for consuming content.

This is my 4th iPad added to our family since 2010, and we have no problems with it. It operates like the others. I do like the fact that I can sync it with all of our ither devices. This particular iPad is used for work. I'm a pilot and use it to look at my approach charts.

I use my tablet every single day, for all applications. Work, home, or just for fun. It controls my tv, uverse, and MacBook Pro which is great. It he utility usage is completely on point, and I would recommend this product to an amateur user, tall the way to a seasoned pro.

iPad Air is the second iPad I have purchased simply because of the age of the first one. Both are excellent products and the greatest difference I have found so far it tends to go to sleep too soon while you are using it. I enjoy being able to use the words available just above the the keyboard as you are typing so you do not make as many typos.

What I like about the iPad is that it just works out of the box.

Nothing negative about it I enjoy taking it every where with me.

Being somewhat computer illiterate, I haven't begun to use this iPad to its full potential. There is a learning curve for people such as myself, and you don't know what you don't know, which makes it harder to discover shortcuts and utilize the apps. Help is available of course at Best Buy, but one can monopolize their techies for only so long.

I debated between purchasing the iPad Air 1 or 2 around Black Friday. I'm glad a chose the iPad Air 1. It more than suits my needs. Sans the Touch ID, the iPad Air 1 is fast, reliable, and just the right weight. Very comfortable to use, even while lying in bed. Top notch device, especially at the lower price point compared to the iPad Air 2.

Essential for any student when paired with a portable keypad.
