Not disappointed. I received this as a gift when I was looking to purchase the mini but this one is much better. Added a smart case to it and it is everything I was looking for in a tablet. I love that it auto syncs with my iPhone and iPod.

I ordered the iPad Air 32GB on Black Friday through Best Buy's web site. There was a lower price promotion going on as well, which sealed the deal. I've been a long-time Apple owner and this is another quality product. Best Buy made the buying experience very easy and shipment was received soon thereafter.

Our home was robbed and items were taken. I had purchased all my items from BB and never hesitated to return to the store. I have been very satisfied with the helpful manner of the employees

This is my first tablet and I love it. Apple's closed system allows me to answer my iPhone call on my Wifi tablet when I am on wifi ( I haven't tried it off of wifi). I do wish there was a usb drive slot, but since using it I haven't found a situation where I needed it since Apple has Air Drop.

I t has a good picture on the screen. The resolution is much better than the iPad 2 I had. It's easy to use and has a very good camera and video recorder.

I love my ipad. I have come to take it with me everywhere I go. I also bought my husband and daughter iPads, mainly because I didn't want to share mine. This is my second one for myself personally and the fourth one I've purchased.

First time tablet owner an the ipad is great. Wish it was a little cheaper but still an awesome product. I barely use my PC anymore after buying the ipad.

This ipad was purchase for my son. We purchased a lifeproof case as well. This child had beat it to death, tons of use and its still going strong. I just wish I had gotten more space like 64 or 128 gb.

Got it for a replacement for my First Generation iPad. I was not able to update the iOS and most of the apps and Best Buy offered a good trade in price for it. They are still the most expensive, but I really like what Apple has to offer and also the updates that came with the latest iOS.

This is my 1st apple product that I bought. After reviewing other tablets Apple seems to offer the best product for the money. They even have a instructional seminar for free at your local Apple store. Tablet was easy to set up with step by step instructions. Would defiantly recommend.

Love everything I can do with it as a recreational and creative tool. Because of it I find I'm using my Android smartphone more as an, um, phone, and less for everything else. Most of all I am impressed by the visual design of the apps - generally so much better and pleasing to look at than the mayhem in Android apps. Nonetheless, I wish there was more consistency to the user interfaces -- a consistent way (or location of button) to go back, or exit, or to indicate "done." Most annoying is how the Newstand folder behaves differently from all other folders.

My son loves it. It is his Christmas present this year. He uses it everywhere such home and school. He says it plays movies better than his old tablet. I would recommend it to any parent for there kids and themselves.

This was a gift for a first time tablet user. It was very easy for them to set up and use and there is a plethora of apps through the ITunes store.

Nice upgrade from 3rd gen iPad, it's definitely lighter, thinner, and just barely smaller while still keeping the same 9.7" screen size. I mainly upgraded since I use it for reading a lot and the lighter weight of the Air makes it more comfortable to hold for longer periods of time. Otherwise, the 3rd gen was still plenty fast and I don't see much of a speed increase for what I use it for. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but it's hard to justify the price when the competition keeps closing the performance gap while also lowering their prices.

Having just been introduced to an iphone 5 & an iMac I am still learning my way around the ipad. The idea that I email, messages and internet are available on all three is at first overwhelming. THEN, you realize how cool Apple has become and how much you use these great resources.

Over all I believe this is a very good quality product. I do use my tablet for business as well as for researching and plain ol' web surfing. I had purchased an Asus tablet prior and what a mistake that was. Extremely lousy customer service. Gave my $500+ Asus tablet to my 2 yr old.

it's a great device for those who want a bigger screen than the Itouch, but still easy to carry around

Only the past 2 years I've been with Apple products, and I'm very happy with my IPad and IPhone. I love how they link through Wi-Fi and the over all quality. The screens are able to move around and open from one to the other. I'm on my IPad every day, for at least an hour or more.

Best iPad so so far! Tried the mini retina ipad, but it was only a little bit lighter, but since it's smaller it just felt heavier. Also the back of it got hot pretty quickly.

This was a valentines gift for my wife. She is the one that uses it the most but we all love it we have 3 kids and they love playing games on it and my wife and I sometimes watch movies. Overall it's a great product.
