Thin, Fast, and very Portable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As a past owner of the iPad 3, this iPad Air is thinner, faster, and a bit smaller, while keeping the actual screen size the same (9.7" diagonal). I did, however, have to get a new smart cover for it.

It's not just how light and thin it is compared to previous generations, I was impressed with a significant decrease in the frame to screen size ratio. Less redundancy now. Wish had thumb recognition unlock like iPhone 5S.
