    less than 30 days old wasn't reading SIM card .told I had to go to apple given a replacement. Refurbished model.had I bought it at Apple I could have up graded or received a new one. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of appliances at best buy my wife has the membership number.i will never purchase anything at best buy again
