Iron-clad product, worked flawlessly, good battery

After rigorous use she complained about the device freezing up. It became unreliable, subject to freezing at its own whim, even with plenty of battery life. I finally took the device back to Best-buy and got fantastic customer service, they gave me store credit for the previous device. I purchased the iPad mini. It worked flawlessly from day one and has not crashed or froze up one time. The Amazon device interface was complicated and hard to navigate. The ipad mini proved its worth. I will never buy another Amazon based device again! I should have bought the ipad mini first,
