This iPad is good but in today's time, it's kind of outdated and sometimes would glitch out on me but overall it's a decent iPad.

Apple iPad is a reliable product - This is a Christmas gift, so it hasn't been used yet, but I am confident it will fit the bill.

Brought this iPad for my wife. We spend an hour trying to create an ICloud and Apple ID. Nothing worked so far. Three phone calls to the Apple 800 help desk for a total of six hours on the phone with them. IDs still didn't work and they could figure which! If they don't, I don't know how the consumer is expected too. Trying an hour or two or three to take this thing back to Best Buy for tech help or return the thing!

We upgraded our iPad mini with a newer generation. We are an Apple household hands down. Great product for the price!
