I bought this as a gift. Good Tablet, however, I think its over rated.

love it! First time ipad user! and love the experience with the Ipad

I have used both the iPad Air and the iPad mini 2/Retina, and I have to say that the iPad mini 2 is really the ideal size for reading and travel. The screen is pixel-perfect sharp, and it's really easy to hold the whole unit in one hand (unlike the full-sized iPad which is a bit tougher without resting on a surface). Also, I think this is a much better value right now than the iPad mini 3-- the only difference is the lack of fingerprint sensor, which I find not worth shelling out the extra bucks. My only suggestion is to be sure to get the 32GB or larger model if you plan to do much, because the base 16GB gets full fast.

The iPad is new but the newer model would have been better.

Return to get a newer one. Wanted finger print scanner

Bought for grandkids ages 8 & 10 and they love it.

Got this for our son as a Christmas gift, in part to free up our original iPad. Screen is fantastic, size if perfect and the weight is good. Purchased a bit heavier case as well. Great deal and transaction from Best Buy.

Purchased as a gift for a teen this item is ideal for todays on the move teen. since its purchase he has used it and even incorporated educational apps. Lightweight and high resoulution provide todays teens with an ideal tablet.

Theres no back button so I have to exit out of everything

Good product but had issues with a line appearing down the middle. Had to take it back and get replaced. Read afterwards that it is a known issue with Apple for this to happen.

I love Best Buy! Well... used to love them! I was a fan ever since they opened in Lawrenceville NJ! I have spent thousands of dollars there over the last 10-15 years!!! Well... I guess all good relations have come to an end... I bought 3!! Not 1, not 2, but three iPad 2 for my daughters. One of them came defective. Went to return it and get another one, but they did not have one available . So I wanted my $$$ back... DENIED!! It's been past their return policy... mind you I was not looking for a return on a good item, I was trying to replace a defective item... oh well... I guess I'll have to take my business somewhere else...

While Apple has many apps, I find having to enter a password every time you want to do something quite tedious. This is more an indictment of Apple's security than best guy's service, which is excellent.

I was disappointed since the price dropped down in 150$ I got a discount in store since they did a mistake with my open box order purchase and the price match didn't take it into account.

B a d service they made me go to a different store to pick it up to buy after I was told that they had one there and they try to switch prices on me

As always good, service good price. Traded in my old ipad 1 and go a good price for it on the new unit.
