Love this little tablet it is powerful with a beautiful screen and can run all the apps of my original ipad. A perfect upgrade.

My problem with Ipad is that there is no reasonable way to get service on a product that is out of warranty. One of the reasons for this Ipad is the battery life of my previous Ipad getting so bad that it made the device unusable. So, against the advice of my friends who stated that the heat necessary to separate the Ipad halves to actually perform service would damage other components, I took my Ipad in to a store, not Best Buy, for service. As my friends predicted, 2 months later, I finally got my Ipad back, minus the camera that now wouldn't work, and , guess what, the battery life still sucked. So long as the Ipad is the only reasonable solution, I'll buy it, but, if and when I have an alternative, I'll go elsewhere. As far as Best Buy, they provided the proper service, and, as a matter of fact, went out of their way to make this a reasonable transaction. Also, the sales staff offered some really good advice.

Great tablet for easy use and everyday needs. We bought this for Grandma and she found it extremely easy to use and fun.
