Bought this as a gift for my daughter. We are a apple family. She absolutely loves the mini and super easy to cary around as we travel.

I recently purchased the IPAD mini2 for my son. He mainly uses it for mine craft and other games and it has worked perfectly for him. We have WIFI at home, so connection has been a breeze.

As with most Apple products, it seems to work well once established. However setup was a nightmare! Had to twice take the product to the Apple Store in the mall (a LONG drive of 30 miles each way) because the Apple system couldn't get my User Name and AppleID straight. I think it is working now, but still seems quirky. Apple phone support was very willing to help, but had to finally recommend that I go to the store. All of this was a pain where I sit.

iPad mini 2 is a great device for young kids. Integrates with all of our existing apple products. Unlimited iMessage and Facetime on wifi connection.

We purchased the iPad mini for my daughter to use both in educational and gaming purposes. It has proven effective in both. But we also limit the amount of time spent on it as to make it fun to be on, not a necessity.

Finally, iPad mini with retina display. Same PPI with iPhone and better than iPad air. With its light body and gorgeous display, reading is so enjoyable.

I've been monitoring the pricing on iPad Mini's for a while. I was looking for something that was wifi only and had 32 to 128 gigs of memory that wasn't too far out of date. Best Buy had this one for sale in the price range I was looking (less that $300) and I pulled the trigger. In combo with Citi card points, it turned into a real bagain (less than $200)! Very pleased with this purchase in that it was getting difficult to read articles on my iPhone 6 and this holds a lot more apps I use comfortably (16gb kinda sucks).

If you want a tablet for surfing net, watching movies on the bed and reading books, I would highly recommend this. But 16gb is not a lot of space. it's getting filled up quickly. I think apple should stop producing 16GB and go for 32 GB

This is the perfect size and it handles so many tasks. I've had an android and a kindle but this FAR outweighs the processing capability.

I am so glad I purchased an IPad Mini. I considered other tablets that were less expensive but after seeing the problems a friend had with her Samsung tablet, I'm glad I paid extra. Sometimes that ol saying is true- you get what you pay for!

this is my first ipad mini but not my first ipad. compare to the my bigger ipad I think i enjoy using the mini more because of its size. I wish apple would add more storage for the price. other tablets are offering more storage for price but apple remains the same, but over all i do enjoy using the ipad mini retina

The best ipad for me. Not too big and not too small. I have an iphone 6 and it goes well with my macbook too.

We bought this iPad mini 2 for our daughter. We went with the 32GB over the 16GB due to storage limitations in the 16GB. If you already own an iPad, then you already know that the mini is essentially the same thing, just with different specs.

The mini has a great display and the size is perfect for holding in one hand. I wasn't sure about the smaller display, but I haven't been disappointed.
