I have 3 iPads and cannot tell the difference between this one with Retina and the non-Retina models. I would spend my money on a newer Ipad air.

Speakers sound below average

Unfortunately, my best rating is below average because I can't hardly hear voices or music without straining or holding the iPad up to my ears. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Great Apple quality as always

I am a college student who likes to take notes and files around when a laptop becomes cumbersome. The iPad Mini 2 fit my budget very well, and I love that here the Retina display becomes more affordable, and the A7 chip on board provides great performance, especially on heavier-duty games (i.e. Bioshock for iPad). All in all, great buy, and a very well built Apple product I anticipate lasting me a long time (an Otterbox helps here)

Not what she wanted
