Well, I have been using iPad for a long time and I just got this to replace my iPad mini. I don't know why this one is very easy to get really hot. I am thinking to come over some time and get it checked.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He was setting it up and put in the wrong passcode. It locked up and we can't get it unlocked. I called Apple and they walked me through what to do to unlock it, but it didn't work. I am taking it back to BestBuy.

I bought the iPad Mini 3 last week. I'd been wanting an iPad for the last 6 months, but was waiting for a price that I could justify. Even then, I had to seriously ask myself, "How much will I actually use this thing, and is the cost worth it?" Best Buy offered a great price point opportunity compared to other retailers, so I ordered it, even though I was still a little skeptical. I didn't just want a toy, I wanted a device that could increase my productivity. Best Buy said it would arrive last Friday. To my delight, it came on Thursday! I was really impressed. It arrived in perfect condition. The main reason I ordered this was for my internship (pediatrics). I did not feel comfortable bringing my laptop to the internship, but I still needed a device to work on documents here and there. How perfect - when I was setting up the iPad Mini 3, I received a free download of Pages, Numbers, and Keynote from the app store, all of which are extremely versatile and easy to use. It is very easy to email or print right off the iPad - very, VERY helpful for a college intern (or anyone who works in an office at all!) The device has a beautiful retina display. It is the right size - comfortable in your hand, thin, and expensive feeling. Personally, I wouldn't want a standard size iPad - the Mini is perfect. There's many cases and accessories such as blue tooth keyboards. After researching cases and accessories for this device, let me tell you, whatever you can possibly think of to make this device more versatile, it exists. Overall, I am very pleased with my first purchase from Best Buy, and I will be a repeat customer. The Mini 3 will make a great gift for anyone in college!

such a beautiful tablet, I bought the space gray for my sister and I bought the gold one for myself, was torn between the iPad air 2 and this model ....bought on black friday and the iPad air 2 was sold out so had to get this one and SOOOO happy I ended up w this one...the size is perfect for putting in my purse and I can carry it around and be productive without having to lug my heavy macbook around...love everything about it..definitely my best purchase this year..get it , you won't regret it!

I was looking for a smaller wifi tablet that I could carry around but was disappointed in both the graphics and the audio so I returned it for another brand.

Sorry Apple lovers, but this Mini is toooo mini. The size needs to be in between the size of a regular Ipad and the current size of the Ipod Mini.

I had to exchange first time as it was defective. Even the exchanged one did not function properly and i had to return the item completely.

I thought there was a something new with the iPad mini. Nothing. I have iPad Air and I returned this item and got an IPHONE 6 Plus. Useless

I got this for my father in law and the screen was too small when web browsing. Ios is garbage, I should have known better.

I had trouble with this unit, the power button didn't worked, I had to exchange it for another one

Friends daughter locked key board and iPad and no one could unlock it not even apple

The size of this mini is so convenient. Easy to see everything on the screen, as well as easy to carry in a purse or bag. Has great functioning and operates at a high speed. Great product; Apple delivers yet again!
