The only issue was, I could not use a new apple id for this ipad mini 3, it was not able to connect to Face time or imessage. It worked fine with an old id that I created long back.

I purchased this as a gift for my Mother who is not very computer literate. She picked it up easy and loves it. The battery life is great and the ease of use is outstanding. It just works!
