    There were a lot of gripes about how the only differences between the Mini 2 and Mini 3 was TouchID and the gold color option. While those complaints are pretty valid, I was upgrading from an original Mini, so I saw many more upgrades -- processor, retina screen, etc. Also, traded in my original mini (which i bought for $225) for a $175 credit on the new mini, so I was able to upgrade for just $225! Can't beat that.
