The customer service at Best Buy in Honolulu on Alakawa Street is always top notch! All of the sales people are eager to help and very knowledgeable about the products. I love my Ipad mini!!! I had a Ipad2 and wasn't sure about going to a smaller tablet. I don't miss the bigger screen. The mini is so compact that i take it everywhere! Thank you best buy!

I was hesitant to upgrade from my first generation iPad mini, but the new retina resolution had me hooked. I was immediately impressed with the added clarity and overall brightness. The new processor also had me very pleased with its faster speeds, especially when downloading movies or apps.

Bought as an open-box, it was in perfect condition and a fair price. Love the TouchID. Not sure I'd recommend as an upgrade from a mini2 but definitely worth the money otherwise.

This is a good size iPAD that enables you to use easily at work

Bought this IPad mini for my wife for Christmas to replace her older e-reader and it has turned out to be a real hit with her and she is using it for so much more. She loves it.

I would highly recommend this iPad. if you have a router that supports an AC band wifi.. then you will see its highest potential!

I bought this to replace a one year old Mini with 16GB of memory. Do not ever buy the 16GB IPad...you will replace it quickly due to lack of memory. I should have known better.

I was always running out of storage space on my 16gb iPad mini tablets so this will last me a lot longer and won't have to be constantly deleting apps to add new ones.

I love this iPad. I originally had the bigger iPad 3 but it was hard to hold while I was reading in bed. This one is comfortable to hold and I love the finger print reader.

Bought this the day before flying to China with our 2 year old. Kept her amused with plenty of movies and her favorite TV shows. Great enjoyment for the whole family!!

I bought this iPad for my 4 year old daughter. She loves all the apps and watches Netflix on it while I get in my tv time. She has even learned how to work the camera.

I wasn't sure I'd like the smaller size and I did have to get used to it, but now I love it! I got an HDMI attachment to use it with my TV. highly recommend doing that!

The mini 3 is ideal for casual use. Obviously the mobile apple line is not nearly as professionally capable as samsung but this is great for simplistic semi-regular use. Only issue is the mini 3 seems to be slightly to thick for most cases recommended for it.

This was our first apple product, The learning curve was not too bad and once I was familiar with it We Love It!!! Iliked it so much I got an Air 2 128gb for myself.

If you want a tablet an ipad is good but it is expensive.

Similar to other iPads just adds fingerprint sensor. Extra memory is nice good product
