Begin with, I am hooked on iPads. The smaller screen on the mini is very easy to become accustomed to, particularly with Siri dictation. The fingerprint keypad is a very convenient edition.The screen freezes occasionally. The problem was what much worse until I performed a reset.

As usual you can't go wrong with an iPad. The Mini is just the right size to slip into my backpack or my camera bag. The screen size is perfect for what I use it for so that's not an issue for me. Others might prefer the Air because of the screen size. I just prefer the Mini.

I've grown up with iTunes. I've had iPods, iTouches, and iPhones (I tried the iPhone but it wasn't for me), I went back to a flip-phone. I didn't think I could use, or needed, and iPad mini. Once I started using it and learned more of its features, I love it. I just use it for music. I don't use it for texting or e-mail. I have Tunein, iTunes, and Pandora prime on my iPad mini. It's a complete music system. I can record music from all over the world by streaming radio on Tunein. I can listen to it in my car and I don't have to pay a streaming rate for it. I can use the Bluetooth feature and send music to my retro Pioneer DAC and it ends up sounding like a million bucks. It's the best Apple product I've purchased in years.

Excellent tablet. Owned an original IPad which I liked for both work and fun. This one is better, with more capabilities and speed. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Compact and comfortable. Easy to use an in between of the iPod touch and iPod air. Use it everyday for movies, music and school.

I got this to replace my gen 2 iPad mini. It only had 16gb and I was constantly having to move apps off to create space for what I needed. I love the form factor of the mini, it's weight and the integration into my apple world. I use the mini for school, reading, and watching videos. Love the battery life. Just wished it had received all the updates the iPad Air 2 got. The Touch ID is awesome. Gives me great flexibility to not have to use two hands to unlock the device. I am also looking forward to making my first itunes purchase with it since entering my password each time has gotten pretty old...

sooo nice! fast and easy to use. the fb page is intuitive, and when you comment, it doesn't post when you hit return, but rather when you hit post (so i make way fewer mistakes in my posts bc of this simple change). everythin is smooth and easy to use and i like the fingerprint id. the only drawback was cost - very pricey, exp considering i had my ipad 2 for just 2 months and yet the trade in value was not that good :-( i am very happy i traded up tho. with 64mg i will not run out of space anytime soon. love the color intensity and also on fb i love the preview of videos as you scan thru posts.

Love the iPad mini for basic things. Also - for the younger kids in school it is great..... a lot of schools that are going to the web for teachings at home, the iPad is convenient - especially if there are apps for the different programs the school use.

Fast. Love the touch button. Retina screen is sharp. I use for work and like the lightness. With Swype I can type around 30 words a minute.. Highly recommend.

I'm in love with the mini. It fits perfectly in my purse so I'm able to book appointments on the go. Before using my iPad was great but to large to carry with me everywhere. Now having the mini is perfect! I can run my business, work, and play anytime

Things just work the way they are supposed to. I can check or edit my calendar, notes, emails, etc. on my iPad or my iPhone. I open my Publix app on the iPad to make a shopping list and access the list from my iPhone in the store!

I had an old 1st gen mini. It was so slow. It is a nice sped bump. Touch ID is a nice addition

My husband and I bought this for out oldest daughter for Christmas. No complaints from her! She takes it everywhere she goes. I recommend putting a survivor cover on it they are so light! Compared to the older version of iPad

I bought the mini to carry when I travel for business. With an ap and an iBook, I no longer have to lug around 2 large, heavy books.

I have a 15'' macbook and it's quite heavy for me to bring along everywhere I go. I decided to get my iPad so that I can take with me when I go to the coffee shops to work. The first one they gave me had defect so I had to take it back to exchange. BB were helpful about it and exchanged a new one for me. So far, I don't have any problem with my current iPad. I think it's great to have when going on road trips or traveling afar.

A little pricey; the the performance and quality are just great; Also very intuitive programing; withing a couple days i was very comfy using the basic programing and have since continued adding app's and entertainment.

I recently upgraded from an iPad 2 to the iPad mini 3. I am super excited how much of of an improvement over the iPad 2 that it is. The screen display is beautiful and the processor is so much faster. A great product.

Great investment not only for myself but also for my younger children, the smaller size if more convenient for travel as well

It's okay but it's pretty much the same as the iPad Mini 2. I just got it because I prefer playing games and browsing on a smaller device than the iPad and I got 75 dollars off black Friday. I lost the thumb print option by putting my mini 3 in a really good protective case that doesn't have that feature. Honestly, I probably would've got the iPad Mini 2 if I knew they didn't really make any new improvements to the 3.

My husband bought this for me to replace my old iPad. I liked the size, but didn't like that it ran like the iPhones instead of the iPads. I returned this item only because of that reason, and purchased an iPad Air
