Perfect size tablet, great picture when watching videos and social networking. I bought it to check emails, Facebook etc... Fits in my purse so it's alwa with me. Love it...

I love this! I have ebooks for some of my classes and this works great for that and all my other studying needs. It's also great for keeping me entertained between classes.

Does everything it should. I like the size over the regular because it feels more portable. There's nothing lacking from the size difference except real estate.

I am very glad I went with the IPad mini 3. It does everything I was wanting and a lot more. I can take anywhere with me and have the world at my fingertips.

Very useful being a journalist. I use it almost every hour. The mini iPad 3 is much better than the old edition.

Traded an iPad Air 1 for the mini 3 and glad I did. I find myself using the mini more than the full sized ipad. The fingerprint scanner works perfect, and now a bonus as Apple now allows other apps to use the finger print reader. The screen size is perfect and more portable than the full sized ipad. The iPad mini 2 and 3 are identical in specs with the one exception being the fingerprint scanner in the mini 3. When I got the iPhone 5s, originally I thought the fingerprint scanner would be the last thing of use. Wrong! I would not buy a phone especially without this features. Same now goes for tablets.

I went from a generation 2 big IPad to this Mini & couldn't be happier! I love the size & weight and take it more places than I did the larger one! I was a bit worried about going smaller, but have no regrets now that I have used the Mini for a few weeks!!

My son received this and is very happy about it and excited to learn more. Seems very user friendly as he is learning to use the tablet mostly on his own.

I picked this up last minute in NYC after forgetting my first generation iPad mini at home in Chicago. Need something for a long international flight and the gym over the next few weeks to watch movies while I ran. As usual it did the job and watching on the retina display was a nice step up! from the old screen.

I'm still not sure I made the right choice. I've had a full size iPad since they came out and its taking a little getting used to the mini. It was mostly an economic decision to go for the mini, and the smaller device. That said, I did get 64g, and the screen is nicer than my iPad 2, and being able to hold it in one hand, as well carrying it around easier, are all plusses. I'm thinking that its just a matter of embracing the smaller screen and getting used to it.

Retina display is excellent and all features are mind blowing. If you ready to pay extra bucks then this is best ipad available in market

I had an iPad 3 and was able to upgrade to an iPad mini without any problem. Smaller and easier to handle, even upgraded my daughter to one.
