Love this mini. I had an original iPad-which we loved, but I just needed something smaller to pack around. We also have iPhone 6 plus’ but it’s still easier to view on a slightly bigger screen. This really split the difference. My only sorrow is that apparently this mini is not compatible with any “electric” pens-which I would have liked to try. No biggie.

Although I have the standard-sized iPad Pro, I purchased a mini iPad for use in my small plane. It has a great screen, very bright even in the cockpit, and runs as fast as the pro. The size is a big plus, because the additional size of the full size model blocks some of my instruments when I fly. I can use the same apps that I would use on the Pro, like email, safari, Facebook, Evernote, etc.

Helps me stay busy when my parents are working and is lightweight, holds a charge

It’s hard to believe that Apple decided to discontinue the Mini. It’s the perfect size for when you do cardio at the gym or when you just want to slip some entertainment into your tote bag when taking a trip by air. I’ve been a fan of the Mini since the first one came out in 2012. Coupled with a great sale on Minis at Best Buy, this was a no-brainer. Get one while you can.

Bought 3 of these for kids. They have enough storage and work well.

I mostly use this iPad Mini to play games. It’s the perfect size for me to play War Robots. Not too big, so better for long hours of game play. Also game controls are perfectly placed on the screen for this game. On my iPad Pro, I can see things better, but I have to reach my thumbs sometimes, and the heavier weight fatigues my hands earlier, so I prefer the Mini

This ipad is very portable and has plenty of memory for all my apps and books.

As always, we are extremely happy with our Apple products. We just updated our iPad mini 2's to the 4's. Immediatley you will notice the better picture and colors. I like how it has the security similar to the iPhones (which the 2 did not have). Lastly, the 4 runs a lot faster and smother than its predecessors. Highly recommended! And at $400 ($300 on certain sales) you really can't go wrong.
