It works just as well, if not better, as you'd expect of a newer model. The iPad mini is a good size for carrying around, but large enough to see what you're looking at.

Great small IPad

I found my iPad Pro was too large to carry traveling and I wanted something that was larger than my iPhone X. Love this iPad mini.

Great smaller version of the IPad.

Perfect size for my medium size hands

I am glad I did, because I will never use up all the internal storage in here! The screen is so bright and the touchscreen is responsive. Apple doesn't have any plans for a 5th generation which is such a shame so you will need to buy this or get the big massive 1s like everyone else does. This is a shame, so get this because the Mini iPad line is an endangered species in 2017 unfortunately.

This is Amazing!
