Apple does it right

She is NOT computer literate at all. I set it up for her with the initial registration and downloaded a few apps and she was on her way. She has been able to use the iPad with hardly any issues. The interface is so clean and easy, even a 70 year old computer illiterate mom can figure it out. She loves it and hardly puts it down.
