    I think it was worth the upgrade. I traded in my old mini 2 during the promotion and I got this mini 4 during a sale with the giftcard. I like that there is more space on this so I could add a movie or two when I go on flights. I also like the fingerprint sensor to unlock my ipad. I like the minis because they fit in most handbags.

    This is an easy upgrade over the iPad Mini 2 which I had before. If you're on the fence on upgrading from that, the key selling points for me were double the ram for better multitasking, the fingerprint reader, and the larger storage capacity. It's been great putting all my content on the device and still seeing 10s of GBs available.
