Doesn't hold a charge well, ithe resolution USB better than my original iPad however this is number 3 for me. The pro is too big for me and this is perfect for a mom like me on the go

Great tablet for my 21 months old grand daughter, her mom can take it anywhere with her so she can play while in the car seat for a long trips.

Had great problems w the pad about 20 days after I bought it because of the passcode. Between B.B. and Apple and 2 days of my time, the problem was resolved. Also trashed the passcode! But, it’s all resolved as of 30 July and I love my new iPad.

If you like the iPhone, you’ll love this. Pretty much a bigger iPhone except you can’t make phone calls. You can FaceTime though.

Works alot better than my iPad mini I upgraded from. No issue yet with storage, but standard Apple product, so you know what you are getting into

I needed a new iPad because I gave mine to my mother-in-law to see if she could be successful using it. She only uses it for FaceTime but loves having the bigger screen to talk to her kids and grandkids. So, it’s an iPad-enough said. They are awesome.

My husbands iPad Mini was no longer being updated by Apple. When he first got his iPad Mini he didn't think he would use it much. But now he uses it everyday. He was happy to get this upgrade for Christmas and I was happy to get it at Best Buy on sale!

Great deal on this. Hope it lasts me. Got this during an early black friday sale they had in July. Price was awesome for storage capacity and rumor is Apple will no longer make the "mini" line so at least I have the last generation model they distributed.

I was concerned buying the open box even though it was certified with Geek Squad. I saved $20 and it was in Excellent condition after all. I have had no problems and I am glad I get to earn points for buying it with Best Buy. Thank you!

Although I liked the vivid color screen, I found this screen to small for my needs, I returned it and replaced it with the new 10" iPad.

This Mini ipad is great to download books online and use it for college, instead of buying books and having to be carrying them and your backpack becoming all heavy. It is also great for watching netflix and any other apps! It works fast and great

Getting my kids the new iPad was a great thing because it allows us to download programs to allow them to read more and do more math and science. As well as teach them robotics and not have to worry about the battery dying within 2 hs.

The last company I worked for had purchased iPads for the sales team and upon leaving I had to surrender it. So I wanted to get one that I could continue to utilize it to present ideas to customers. I fully enjoy Keynote as a presentation medium.

This has been really great for my 98 yr old grandmother who also has an iPhone. She loves the interchangeable interactions between the two for talking to friends and family! It’s also been great for her when she uses her kindle app.

got it at a great price. Better off with the new ipads at normal levels. For tablets., ipads are still kings, especially for my kids

so compact ascomparing to my previous ipad as we we have 4 years, I love it and I can carry it around when we are out of town during holiday.

I made this purchase for my 6th grader whose school requires an iPad or chrome book. I love the fact that i can see everything she does on my iPad and cell phone. Basically there are no secrets. She loves the color and it has plenty of storage space.

I absolutely love apple products I think they are amazing and easy to use and access, I have the apple watch series 2 and recently had the iPhone 7 plus after before I upgraded. I can't wait til next year for new iPhone to be released
