I purchased this as an upgrade to the original iPad mini. The feel is very similar but the main difference is a much faster iOS experience and a greatly improved display. This is definitely a good value for the price.

I bought this for myself without AppleCare and never regretted. It never let me down (it was mostly in the case and had a screen protector) but it always worked well and was happy with it.

I had a iPad mini 2, but this one has more storage. The extra storage is always a big plus.

This mid-size was hard to find, but I feel it's a good portable size and also large enough to be readable.

We initially made the purchase just the play movies on the trip to Spain. When parts we found that the item was more versatile than we ever expected. My wife uses the thing every day for different purposes

Purchased for my 4 year old. Love the small compact size, has worked great for us.

I no longer have to talk to my kid, entertain it, play with it, or pay any real attention to it after buying this iPad. All I really have to do is feed it and make sure it takes a shower every once in a while.

Great product I would recommend it for school and for kids of all ages to do homework, play games.

average product, don't understand the obsession with apple products. I personally find them over price and not better than others at lower prices.

My Grandson just started kindergarten and uses Apple products there. He really wanted an Apple I pad for Christmas. He was so happy to receive it as a present and uses it on a daily basis. Way to go Grammy!!!!

Our iPad Mini 2 wasn’t working well and it’s storage capacity was not enough. We bought this new one and are very satisfied. It’s retina screen is gentle for viewing and of course much faster.

I bought this item never having owned a mini before. I think it’s a great travel size. Would buy it again.

It's outdated model for sure, but the size and weight is good for one handed holding. So consider this trade off while comparing it with ipad. If you mainly use it to read some book and listen to some music, this is perfect for you. Use a lot of apps and games? don't buy this one.

I have always believe Apple products, especially iPhones & iPads are the best devices you could give an older parent/senior for the simplicity of use and great support from Apple for years to come!

I was not ready for the kids to get phones but it was time to 'move up' from the Kindle Fires and this was perfect. We can text each other and also FaceTime when I travel. Exactly what we needed!

Great mini to entertainment use. small enough for long time hold

Very surprised at how powerful this small and compact device is. The features are amazing. Paired with a portable Bluetooth keyboard, it's just as good as a laptop from 5-7 years ago! Glad I got such a great deal!

Aside from issues transferring from old IPad to this one everything is good. There were some issues with non-Apple apps/purchases which can be troublesome if not tech savvy. Shame on Apple not the Ipad

iPAD Mini 4 is great; nice size and value. Our family has several of these and loves them.

This is a replacement for my original iPad, which died. I'm very happy with it and totally depend on it for mail, games, apps for ordering food and other goods. I've had no problems with it at all.
