Sometimes the apps freeze and I have to reload load them. Otherwise works great for what I use it for. I've downloaded apps and movies for my special needs son.

Apple is always reliable. I specifically bought this to use with my DJI Mavic drone. I feel like the OS is well coded and hasn't locked up or closed the app while in mid flight.

Bought two while on sale. The only issue is Best Buy taped the pick up info on the iPad mini box. We bought them as gifts so if they didn't tape it on the box that would better.

I’m new to Apple products, having had an old Best Buy Unbranded tablet. My new iPad Mini has a bit of a learning curve, but I’m getting use to it. So far so good!

It does everything we need. Stream videos and watch football. Nothing special but gets the job done. Got it on sale on Black Friday otherwise kind of speedy.

Easy to use and convenient iPad. I do not require much from it so it works for me but noticed that the batttery runs down more than I expected when streaming.

Bought this for my mother, not that excited about it, full size tablet is a better choice, smaller, in my mind is not better in this case.

The Mini4 was purchased as a replacement for another Mini4 that had become unreliable with frequent shutdowns and short battery life. The compact size of the Mini4 was the selling point even though it had an older processor and features. To our surprise it had a major quality problem - the volume button worked intermittently or not at all. Back to Best Buy for an exchange. Took forever to find one in stock and process the exchange. Subtract two points for quality and service.

Love my iPad mini!! Perfect size for me and my toddler and useful for us both as well. Only gave 4 stars because the camera could be better, but overall very satisfied.

Gave it 4 stars only because it didn’t come with a charging cable or cube. Works great and with a case it’s like new still. Pictures and videos Re clear

The Apple iPad Mini 4 is a great device. However, the tablet needs additional ports to connect multiple devices and the ability to connect a bluetooth mouse.

I use it too store my photos. I also use it for games and tv show apps to free up the space on my phone. I just wished that it had a battery saving option

I really like the mini specialy for traveling where my iPad pro is just too big. My only complain is that it seems to be a little slower than the bigger siblings

I have been using windows and android and now im trying ios... It's different much simpler but still missing some things....but overall it does its job.

had to return due to the next model coming out pretty soon. if it had the same 4 speakers the pros have i wouldve kept it for sure. power is good enough and i like the size

I think Apple needs to upgrade the iPad mini. There isn't much difference between this one and the iPad 3. I would like to see better camera and battery life at least.

Their four year old ipad bit the dust, so needed a replacement to play their games. So far so good. Typical set-up, always a glitch or two with an apple product.

I utilize the iPad in many ways. I can read, create playlists for my classes, draw, search the Internet, and much more!!

My daughter loves her iPad. It was the only thing she wanted for Christmas. She uses it every day ! Don't think she would be without it I highly recommend this as a gift
