He loved, loved, loved it until 1 year and 3 months later it is dead. It had a blue screen, then a hard reset, and screen turned black with a plug saying try to update or restore. The update did nothing, so I went to restore. As I was restoring, the ipad turned off and never came back on. I took it to a repair shop and after 2 weeks they told me they could not repair it. I had an iphone, and same thing, warranty went out and do does the phone. I went to android, but unfortunately with a tablet I can't seem to find a kid friendly one like the ipad. Apple sucks, and I am so sad for my 9 year old who now does not have a tablet while having to stay home and quarantined! #apple #ipadsuck

same old operating chip as my 2 year old iPad

Would not connect/kept loosing connection as did old iPad. Found out same as old Ipad just more storage. Returned waiting for deal on Pro.

Great Ipad for portability

The iPad mini adds just enough increased space to increase font size. I find it easier to use than the iphone and it fits in my purse.
