Its nice gadget with in Ipad models that have in market

good but still over priced - the planned obselecence is an annoyance

The battery drains just as fast if not faster than an iphone. I purchased and ipad mini two years ago and it holds its charge a lot better. Just shows the quality of Apply once again not performing up to standards

My need for this device was simply for its physical size and the specifics of the IOS. Regrettably I do not need as much storage as it provides and I was advised that it only comes in this single configuration. I would have preferred to have paid less for smaller storage capacity.

Android > Apple. This is an okay tablet. Given as a gift.

I have other Ipads as well so am sure I will be pleased.

Loved idea of this device at first, AND it's not like I don't have other such devices to know what's up, plus this one was a great deal, but from just not knowing password I have not had any recovery choices that work. Very disappointed. Difficult to get to store. I'm hoping end result is good, but in the meantime it's not been fun. I had this shipped to me, out of town, was counting on working on it. I even used the finger print option, so I wouldn't have to go through this. Not sure what went wrong. AND when I do get to go to a store they will have to just take my word that this device became disabled immediately. PLUS Best Buy still has my laptop in repair (long story there too), so I have neither of my devices! Guess no one's fault, just saying.

The iPad itself is fine. However, when trying to restore from my current iPhone learned that this was not possible because the latest iOS available for the iPad (12.1.1) was not compatible with the latest iOS version on my iPhone (12.1.2). Apple support told me that I could either enter all my contacts manually (really?) or just wait to restore the phone when they push out a new iOS that is compatible with both devices. You would think someone at apple would have thought it important to make their phones and iPads compatible, particularly at Christmas time when so many people are receiving new devices as gifts!

I like the size of the mini, but i have noticed it runs a bit slow, I have had to reset it several times because it would freeze and was disappointed in that. I love the color

My grandson's initial iPad was the 2nd series, so I decided to replace it. The purchase was the best decision I made. My grandson loves his new iPad.
