Worked great first couple of day, then started disconnecting from my wifi. Rebooted several times, did a reset on it twice and nothing worked. Set it up on my phone wifi and as long as it was within a foot of my phone it worked. Move the phone 2 to 3 feet away and it would disconnect. So I returned it for a refund.

Home button seems to stick. Disappointed. Expected it to be faster

Very fast product for being a mini version. Love the space and got for a very good price so no complaints. All apps and internet runs very smooth.

I’ve never had an issue with apple products but when an iPad stops working just like that and no solution to be provided except I pay $300 to replace, this is jus wrong and that what happened to one of the 2 iPad mini I bought.

Customer service is suck!!! Asked me to bring ipad to change in apple store. Totally disappointed. I bought from Best Buy not from apple store, they should take care customer better than asking customer to bring ipad to apple store.

Bought this iPad as a gift for my mother on mother's day and they sent me one that was locked. What type of "certified excellent" is this if you send used products still locked to previous owners?! I'm furious.

I have had problems with the battery not charging and had to send it to the manufacturer to no avail. I loved Samsung until I purchased this item. I will think twice before purchasing a Samsung product again.

within 2 months there was a line across the screen and that would come off. was not fixable, so we spent 299.00 and never really go to use it.

Have had 1 year and 1 month, and iPad died on its own. Apple says it’s not getting enough power and that’s a board issue. Disappointed.

The iPad out of the box didn't come with the latest iOS. I was asked to update to latest iOS and ever since the update the iPad is crappy slow.

I had to drive an hour to a Best Buy location in order to exchange the iPad because the one I received from my online order was defective.

We bought this iPad Mini 4 to replace my 7 year old son's iPad Mini 2 which only had 16 GB of storage. Definitely faster than the 2 and the extended storage makes travel easier since he can store more apps, tv shows, movies, etc. Better screen makes a big difference as well with some of the movies he watches.

Christmas gift. Tried charging worked on it for four hour and still can’t get main screen to open. Returning tomorrow

Apple products are the worst. My wife's iphone locked up and it took 30 days to free up. Android is the best!

It was an alright iPad. Nothing too excited. Would rather get a panasonic tablet instead but they're way too expensive.

I ended up returning this. The processor is very slow and outdated.

After having an original mini, this has been a significant and welcome upgrade. Blazing fast response, 128GB and portable enough to carry anywhere. Highly recommended!!!
