Only had a month and the product would not charge. Brought to Best Buy and they acted like I was crazy. Then when the customer service agent tried to charge it and it would not charge. Then the Geek squad gentlemen finally got it to charge. Then I picked up the item the next day and ask what to do if it happen again and the geek squad gentlemen said to look at my connections when I knew this was not the problem. Brought it home and guess what it would not charge again. Called Best Buy and Bob told me it was a software problem. Restored the iPad so far it's been working great.

I am unable to keep up with technological advancements that much. After I bought this product, I screwed up the programming in it and now am unable to use it at all. I just wasted over $500.

I think it's better for kids, to just play games and have fun. It's small and perfect. And my 3 year old seems to injoy it.

I have an iPhone and Mac Pro and wanted something portable and bigger than my iPhone but smaller than my Mac Pro.

This tablet is a lot faster then my iPad mini 2. The picture is amazing and the device is light. Must buy for everyone.

I bought this thinking that it was going to better than the iPad mini 3 but it's the same thing

Bought this newer version Ipad mini to replace my previous one that was destroyed due to the IOS upgrade provided by Apple. This new one runs just as poorly as the older one so it was returned for refund. Not sure what has happened to Apple but they've lost their shine for me.

It does what it's supposed to do as a tablet but at $500, it's not value for money.

I had bought the iPad Air 2 a few months back and ended up returning it because it was too similar to my laptop in size. I was looking for something more compact that would be easy for traveling but functional enough to complete tasks. The iPad mini 4 did just that and I am so excited about this purchase! I've had it for about a month now and it's been great. The sound is clear and the screen has good quality. I've used it for surfing the web, social media, youtube videos, and typing on documents as well.

I bought an open box Apple - Ipad Mini 4 Wi-fi. The verification paper inside the box rated it excellent. When we started the Ipad we weren't able to log in because Geek Squad agent employee's email was not logged out. Additionally there were scratches all over the Ipad when I was informed by the agent that there were no scratches. Lastly it had charging issue. I had to make a trip to 2 different best buy to get it exchanged. I would not recommend buying open box Ipad.

I am really pleased with the ipad mini over all. I must say it has meet my expectations. The screen size is perfect fitting between the smaller 7inch screen's and the far larger 9.7inch screen Tablets. I mainly use it for streaming movies thought a Chrome stick and reading. Does both wonderfully. it can also easily handle the card game Hearth Stone by blizzard. Overall very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to get another.

I don't see any difference between this iPad and the last generation.

Love the iPad mini 4 fits in my hand and I can actually use it for stuff instead of just watching movies and shows on it.... I have an iPad 2 but the mini 4 is better and of course much faster... What a difference 5 years can make...

To small for my husbands large fingers. Returned and got an Air 2 for him.

There's not much to do on it, it's basically an iPhone, but less.

This iPad Mini 4 is very fast. It has 2GB RAM. I like the multi-tasking window, I can work on two apps at a time. TouchID keeps my iPad secure. It is reliable and comes handy. I can take it my blazer pocket. I Like the gold color, it gives me the rich feeling.

I never dug how big the iPad was until this one came out. It's perfect, it's very portable, and fast! I've owned a couple of iPads before but would never take them out of the house because I didn't like using them in public with how big they were; but the mini is perfect. I take it everywhere, it's almost become my laptop because of how much I use it.
