My wife travels often and has always carried her first generation mini iPad with her for work, entertainment and communicating with the family. We recently purchased her the iPad mini 4 as an upgrade, for Mother's day. The older unit was still adequate, but the new mini's smoother, sleeker design and significant performance improvements made it well worth the purchase. The good news is, we still keep the old mini around the house and it is still frequently used by all (Like me watching "How To" videos while working in the shop.) I expect several years of reliable service from our new iPad mini 4 as has always been the case from previous Apple purchases. On another note... Can't say enough about the effectiveness of the Otter Box Defender products for keeping our equipment safe. We are a family of various ages and sizes that is constantly on the move in the city, on the farm or just clowning around the house with cousins. Though they can be bulky and somewhat inconvenient at times (iPhone 6 Plus with case feels like I'm carrying around a text book), I've never had any equipment damaged or malfunction. I've seen nothing but the opposite for many friends, colleagues and family who seem to be either replacing a screen, downgrading due to the lack of upgrade options, working around the damage or worse yet, they just don't use it all.

Got the iPad Mini 4, had IPad 2 full before. It's better than I thought. Screen size is fine compared to full, based on how clear picture is. Gives me more battery life by going between iPad & iPhone.

Went from iPad 3 to this mini. I don't download movies, etc so opted for 16gb. Super fast. Like the smaller size.

I bought 2 of these I-pads for our granddaughters and within minutes they were off and running !! They love them -very fast and clear. Great Buy

I got this iPad mini on a whim. I had one that was a 2nd generation. It was the one with Retina display. That one seemed to be lagging so I barely used it anymore. One day I walked into Best Buy and this iPad was $100 off, so I bought it and gave me older one to my toddler. This new one is much faster and I love the size. It's not too big and not too small.

Bought this to repair a tablet that was stolen. Has alot of features we were looking for at a good price. The size is perfect to hold and work with for one feature.woukd recommend it to anyone.

Use this for almost everything I use my computer for and then some. Read books, surf the Internet, play games, email and text message. Love the mini size as I take it with me almost all the time

Grat size ipad for kids and adults. My daughter loves it for watching movies. Vesy fast and easy to use.

I bought this pad for my wife,she has been a kindle user for years and would not change,(no way do I want an iPad mini she said! Until she used it that's all it took she loves it light weight

Added the mini 4 to my business. I am using Square and had been using it with my phone, but noticed it was too small for some of my clients to read. So, stepped it up with the mini! Love it!

This product was priced well and is the perfect size for my daughter. She loves using it with homework apps. Even better, all the games she plays work great with the latest operating system.

It is an exceptional piece of electronic. so thin and light weight and exceptionally fast and powerful.

The screen size and resolution on the new Ipad is excellent. The Ipen works great to use your ipad as a method for taking notes in a meeting or classroom. I purchased the keyboard with and and often use it as my laptop computer at work and home. I also own a standard ipad and it is great for around the home but if I were to have anything negative to say it might be that the screen size is a little big for airplane use, otherwise I love it

iPad 4 mini does everything ! Its by far the best tablet.It does everything a laptop or desktop computer does and more.The speed of the processor is excellent.Thank you Best Buy and Apple!

this is a great gift for my children in school for there projects looking things up. it is also great for shopping online where ever you may be and its small enough to bring on vacation

I was nervous about getting an I pad mini I wanted the iPad pro but I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. Playing games on it is a lot easier and watching movies on the go as well.

Apple is always coming out with "new" versions of their products.. planned obsolescence is their norm.. A discount of 100 dollars & the mini 4 ipad 16gig wifi only, was within reasonable dollar value.... with a recent processor chip , it should survive a few Apple software upgrades... so far, the mini 4 does everything I need it to do and hopefully will have a decent future....

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, and he absolutely is in love with it. It has only been a few weeks, but he tells me about every day when he is using it, that he loves it:)

The person that recieved it absolutely loves it. Operates like other iPads. Has finger print unlock. Easy to use interface. Setting up a new user should be done where you have wifi.
