The iPad mini 4 works wonderfully in that it is easily portable compared to its larger relative, the iPad Air. Even though this particular model did not have the cellular feature (due to the priciness of the cellular feature), it is very much a fun "tech toy" to own as well as gift.

I bought this model iPad for my wife. She manages a non-profit arts organization that does credit card transactions, and she needed something that could run the software, had a long battery, and was lightweight and easy to use. This tablet fits all of those criteria. The resolution is amazing, and the battery lasts forever.

I previously was using a 3rd gen ipad. It was huge and it had gotten super super slow with the newer versions. I got a flash sale email with this in it, and I couldnt pass it up. Love it, super fast, and the size is perfect. I always thought the ipads were too big, but this is great for bringing along on trips.

This was a gift for my 79 yr old mother. The size and weight were perfect for her. The only time she previously used a computer was to check fb posts. We were able to set the iPad so she could continue to do that, without disturbing my dad, as well as numerous game apps that she has always enjoyed the printed version of.

This iPad mini is an upgrade from my mini fist edition. So nice to have a Retina display as an upgrade from my old one.

This is my second iPad mini. I gave the first version to a friend and decided I wanted an upgrade. My only wish is that having seen the superior picture quality of the iPad Pro - it kind of made me second guess whether I should have gone for that version. But overall the size of the mini is perfect for my needs.

Easy to transport, holds charge well and has a clear screen. No real learning curve if you are used to an i-phone.
