came dirty from factory somehow..

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the 256GB model is the only usable model which makes it very very very overpriced. 64GB is unusable in 2024. the back had dirty streaks on it... i had to clean it. and there was the very hard mark / spot /blotch on the back that was very hard to get off. the ipad was newly wrapped and clearly not used.. so that means these marks/dirt came from the factory... so apple's QC has become terrible. thought maybe the 256GB display would be better..but it still has jelly scroll and water effect when touching. love the size.. imo mini ipad is the best tablet.. but apple cheaped out so hard on them to make larger profit margins.

I also elected to do a trade in. I mailed in the trade in and it was returned to me with no note or information on why. I bought the new iPad from Best Buy because of the trade in. How am I suppose to know why it was sent back to me.
