Couldn't get the iPad Mini from Apple or Walmart but was able to order it online and have it delivered within 3 days from BestBuy! Great experience all the way around.

The "Best Buy" I've made in years. Definitely a big improvement over the original. A major buy.

If I could give a lower review I would. Best Buy has been the biggest disappointment this Christmas for me and my family. It started by when I noticed the address on my order was wrong so I chatted with an anger the next day before anything was shipped. The agent said the change of address was submitted and i would receive an email In 24 hours. 24 hours later, item has not shipped still and no email verification that the address was changed. I chatted again with another agent and they said that on their end it has apppeared changed and I have nothing to worry about. Specifically said I had nothing to worry about. Eventually said order ships and it does get delivered to the wrong address where we’ve moved 7 hours away from. I got in contact with a Best Buy agent again explain what has happened and how they said they’d fix it and it wasn’t fixed at all and now I’m out over $1,100 and have no Christmas gift for my kids. The said the put in a request for a refund. I was under the assumption that I’d get my refund but instead it gets declined and continue to lie to me about where the refund verification email is at. Eventually weeks later a Best Buy against finally tells me the truth that they declined it because their “back end team investigated it and it was delivered successfully” even though it was delivered to the wrong address after they said they’d fix it twice. Now they’re telling me to contact my local law enforcement as “Best Buy cannot offer a refund”. I’m incredibly disappointed and angry but mostly upset for my kids as they no longer have their best Christmas gift they wanted and now their parents are out of over $1,100. I will absolutely never ever buy anything from Best Buy again after this.

It was time to replace my aging iPad mini. This works great for music.

Its a great hand sized machine but lacks the power like a pro.

You cannot go wrong with the ipad mini. My daughter does a lot of videos and editing.

Got an amazing deal on an open box 256gb wifi only version so decided to buy my dad one for christmas to replace his ancient ipad air 1st gen. Visually the device was in perfect condition, came in original Apple packaging, and included charger/cable. Cant wait to see their faces tomorrow when they open up their new devices!!! #ThankYouJesus
