This was the first and last Apple product I would buy. It took hours to get the tablets set up for my children. Also since we didn't have a 3rd Apple product their family share functionality only worked if we logged into a website. All in all I was super disappointed with the tablets. I'm sure it would be a great tablet for an adult or if you are invested in their eco system

Smaller than previous versions, but works fine. Don’t like the USB-C charging connection. It’s small and hard to remove once the iPad is charged up.

Love this ipad! I bought this ipad for my brother. He wanted one that was fast and wasn’t too big. This one was great!

I’m sorry but this was one of the most difficult online purchases of my life. Paid for same day shipping from my local store and the order gets canceled upon the delivery persons arrival. Had to wait 3 weeks for another one and they tried to make me pick it up. Paid for with a store card purchased on bestbuy app. I don’t understand why it was so difficult?!

It’s very comfortable device with multiple functions and very easy to use and understand all the functionality.

I have been a apple customer for years and this time is no different this product is the top of the line for iPad is compact fast and is light if you want something that is practical you cannot go wrong with the MINI

The ipad has been great- we bought 2 for our boys for Christmas. The ottorbox cases have been okay too, although the place where the pen would go easily was snapped off by our 4 year old within days of purchase.

The charging port works when it wants to and this is the second iPad mini that has done this.

I love the old ladies from one through five, but this one is actually a bit chunky, but it does have some interesting features like the fingerprint reader.

The screen seems off, it wasn’t clear like the iPad mini 5. So I took it back and got the iPad Air

I have to get used to where everything is located, because it a little different from my last mimi.

Everything works great however I think that I would have been better served by buying an iPad with telephone capability.

This device was too small and had to return it to the store for a refund

It was an open box in excellent condition. I got it for 50.00 less than advertised price on the Saturday after black Friday. It was an awesome deal.

While the iPad mini arrived in working condition. I was shocked that it was packaged insecurely in a bubble envelope. Really showed a lack of care. Will not order an open box item online ever again, given how carelessly it was packaged.

Not a huge fan. Tough to hold, not long battery life. Haven’t noticed much speed difference from last one.

Totally worth it, the price was a reduced price so I could buy the Apple Pencil as well, you can expect just quality for this one.

To small wish I would have got a bigger one to hard to see things.
