I waited a long time to buy a mini I-Pad and I am very happy with my purchase! Set up was easy as was learning how to use it. I highly recommend it!

If I could give a lower review I would. Best Buy has been the biggest disappointment this Christmas for me and my family. It started by when I noticed the address on my order was wrong so I chatted with an anger the next day before anything was shipped. The agent said the change of address was submitted and i would receive an email In 24 hours. 24 hours later, item has not shipped still and no email verification that the address was changed. I chatted again with another agent and they said that on their end it has apppeared changed and I have nothing to worry about. Specifically said I had nothing to worry about. Eventually said order ships and it does get delivered to the wrong address where we’ve moved 7 hours away from. I got in contact with a Best Buy agent again explain what has happened and how they said they’d fix it and it wasn’t fixed at all and now I’m out over $1,100 and have no Christmas gift for my kids. The said the put in a request for a refund. I was under the assumption that I’d get my refund but instead it gets declined and continue to lie to me about where the refund verification email is at. Eventually weeks later a Best Buy against finally tells me the truth that they declined it because their “back end team investigated it and it was delivered successfully” even though it was delivered to the wrong address after they said they’d fix it twice. Now they’re telling me to contact my local law enforcement as “Best Buy cannot offer a refund”. I’m incredibly disappointed and angry but mostly upset for my kids as they no longer have their best Christmas gift they wanted and now their parents are out of over $1,100. I will absolutely never ever buy anything from Best Buy again after this.

Serves the purpose I bought it for and does it very well. Compatibility w/design apps was a big plus!

It may seem small on the surface but it can handle anything you push it. I love using my iPad as companion while I’m studying as a digital textbook or second screen.

Vast improvement upon my last Ipad mini 4…everything is great except that it has no auxiliary audio port and only bluetooth audio :-(

So far - after a week - its as advertised.... it does need a jacket to hold it... and these are few and far between since its brand new
