The changeover from old to new took 15-30 minutes and was very easy. It takes a bit to get used to using gestures instead of the home key (Mini 6 doesn't have one), but that's ok.

My old iPad mini was getting sluggish and the movies I recorded were glitchy. Wow! What a difference with the iPad mini 6. I’m still learning how to use it. My only complaint is there doesn’t seem to be a user’s manual, but that’s what the internet is for. With a few accessories (ear phone and usb-c to lightning) I can still access my jump drives.

I bought my iPad Mini when it was on sale, $100 off, plus I applied the coupons that I received when I bought my Surface. That made it a good deal! I didn’t want to pay $649,000 for it and didn’t want to wait till Black Friday. There is no guarantee that it would be on sale. Anyway, I am glad that I bought it.
